SPRING THOUGHTS …
There is something about this season – the way the air feels lighter, the way the earth awakes – that reminds us that change is not only possible, but natural. After stillness of winter, we find ourselves stirring too. Our thoughts shift, our hearts open a little more.
This time of year, especially around Easter, brings with it reflections on both endings and beginnings. We carry what we’ve lost, what we’ve learned, and what we are still becoming. There is a gentle balance between letting go and holding on.
Like the figure standing in the water’s edge, arms lifted toward the sky, we are reminded to welcome what comes next with openness and trust. The birds taking flight feel like a release – a quiet promise that we allowed to move forward, even if we don’t have all of the answers.
Spring doesn’t rush. It unfolds in own time. And so can we.
Perhaps this season is not about dramatic change, but about small meaningful shifts – soft beginnings, renewed hope, and the courage to step forward again.
Talk soon –
